Terms & Conditions


PAYMENT
Payment has to be received in full before any item(s) can be shipped. All our prices on the website are exclusive of shipping&handling costs and are at the expense of the buyer.  After we have calculated the shipping charges, these will be added to the total amount due in our invoice.  We can accept payment by credit card, paypal (4% fee applies), banktransfer (all fees at buyer’s expense), and Sterling Pound cheques drawn on a UK bank.  Once payment has been received in full including shipping costs and only after payment has cleared, we will be able to proceed with shipping the item(s). Payment must be received within 7 days from the date of invoice.

SHIPPING
We can offer various methods of shipping, depending on the value, destination, as well as special requests from the buyer.  All item(s) have to be sent insured and trackable. Item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared.

RETURNS
ORDINARY-LIGHT Photography guarantees all its photographs to be authentic and as described. Photographs may be returned for a full refund within 7 business days after receiving the photograph, if a valid claim has been raised regarding the authenticity of the photograph, or if the description does not match the print. We reserve the right to withhold any refund, if a claim is based on incorrect information.  Any returned item(s) have to be received in the same condition as when it was purchased. Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are at the expense of the buyer. Any returns have to be shipped insured and trackable using the same strong packaging as when the item was received. If a valid claim is being made, these shipping  costs will be refunded later together with the refund of the item(s). Before returning any item(s) contact has to be made with ORDINARY-LIGHT Photography.
